    My thoughts: Feels more like the typical modern American Pale than 1.0, this will be more mass-appealing. It lacks the caramel malt character that made Pale Ale 1.0 really stick out, especially compared to the rest of the Stone lineup. In short, I'm not heartbroken over the new recipe. I welcome it. Solid, balanced Pale Ale.

    Labeled as "hoppy Pilsner", listed on BA as American Pale Lager. Aroma is sweet malt and light floral hops. Taste is definitely hoppy, immediately noticed on the tongue. Spicy like Saaz, guessing closer to Czech style. Neutral finish; not too dry or sweet. Refreshing beer.
