If not there's a few left on the shelf here I could send. I had it on tap, I wasn't a complete fan of the flavor but I did want to smell that beer forever!

Took a stroll over to the bro's between storms. Tornado sirens a while ago, all clear now. Some easy drinking to the sound of pouring rain.

2 from Luxembourg and 2 from home town's Carton, Atlantic Highlands NJ
While the home team is winning in the wild and lager department, I truely enjoyed fresh Luxembourish beers when poured in the right glass at the right place - Kirshberg Brasserie.

    Carton Intermezzo
American Wild Ale | 5.00% ABV
    4.24/5 rDev +23.3%
    look: 3.75 | smell: 4 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4 | overall: 4.25
    '15 Intermezzo is massive sour.
A: Hazed, lacey bright white suds, stick round long enough.
S: Amazing. Blue and Chimay cheese, apples, funk, feet, sour fruit pits. earthy hay. The most cheese and cellar nose I've ever encountered, and in a good sweetened way.
T: Follows smell and more. Not as funky. Tastes sour green apples, sour fruits, fruity malts, funk, earthy hay, floral shop, barnyard floor. Lovely arc. Wine like. complex. My favorite sour thus far.
F: Light body, moderate carbonation. Crisp and it is easy to drink. Surprised how much I wanted another. I did enjoy another one!
O: Worth checking out if you like sour beers. Rare. I'd buy this often.

    Carton Canyon
    3.87/5 rDev +3.5%
    look: 3.75 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4
Finally getting to core lager from Carton, my home town brewer. This is one one of the best Lagers around when you get it fresh at the brewer.
A: Pours a clear yellow with a intense white head, that laces hieroglyphics.
S: Floral hop aroma on top of lemon/lime, with tortilla, cracker malt.
T: Floral, light fruit, and tortilla. Lemony hops, lime, and agave flavor. Complex for a bright lager.
Feel: Light to medium body, good carbonation, great tingly pepper-lemon, long finish.
Yes - to innovative south western food.

    Bofferding Lager Pils
    3.76/5 rDev +40.3%
    look: 4.25 | smell: 3.25 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.75
No beer seems as divergent in reviews as this one. Might was well call it Baffling vs Bofferding. I enjoy it on tap at the local Brasserie Kirshberg, and found it the best mass-German-pilsner ever. Contrast with Diekirsh which is just awful.
On tap also a great Battin.
A: Sparkling clear yellow-straw-gold in a Bofferding Pils glass Attractive sparkler. A firm white head boldly retains and laces well all the way down.
S: Nicely rounded but not enough w bitter Hops, lemony and prickly over cracker malt base.
T: Follows smell but much more robust. Apparently, Bofferding Beers is Bottom-fermented. Up there with Pilsner Urquell or any best pils like Jever. Balanced, crisp, plenty of hops.
F: Satisfying core beer. Must try on tap in Luxembourg.
Overall: Bofferding is the Grand Duchy’s second largest Brewer.
    Battin Gambrinus - Brasserie Battin
    3.85/5 rDev +10.3%
    look: 4.25 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 3.75
A: Bright head pillow with good Body iscrystal clear - pale golden color with tiny bubble streams.
S: Bright, bursting Pilsner, with noble hops, and lemony malt.
T:Follows the smell. Bursting flavor. This is what makes Batttin a great beer. Also approachable, smooth, sessionable.
F: Dry finish, crisp on the palette, soft, smooth. Great example. Mild carbonation.
    O: Nice beer.

Evening everyone! I hope everyone's weekend was as great as mine (and hopefully not as busy unless you are into that thing!) Spent the afternoon at the paintball park; not playing but treating my son and 5 of his friends for his 16th birthday. They had a blast!
Enjoying this tasty beer from another one of my favorite local breweries that I am going to miss when I move to Florida.

Grilling and trying this IPA out for NBS, it has a lot of malt 'balance' to it. Decided I deserved a nice dinner, crab legs steaming inside.

I got this as a gift and saw that it was a couple months old, so I decided to add some mango. It tastes great both was! The mango unsurprisingly adds some sweetness and plays well with the hops. This is a lovely brew!

Beautiful cool and clear day here in the paradise that is SE Mass. Built another raised bed for vegetable planting. Too a break to check the start of the Sox game and the Pocono race...I think one of the cats has been posessed by The Duvel...little shit crawled up on my shoulder, knocked my glasses and hat off and starts head butting me in the back of the noggin. Ok... I shall pat you. Pick up glasses and hat, stopped patting, off they go again and the head butts commence. This goes on for forty minutes....ok I took a long break...I don't mind the hat, but leave the damned glasses alone you spawn of Satan...I can't read BA and watch the TV...

Anyhow, steaks on the grill are resting, fresh fiddle heads and onions in the skillet, and the old lady is making potato salad. The only tater salad I will eat. I have a shelf full of great beers, but I'm drinkin the Harpoon IPA again.
