    An opening of go-to beers:

    My go to amber ale. Caramel/toast/biscuit malts and balanced citrus/herbal/spicy hop flavors with balanced bitterness. So delicious.

    My go to black IPA, if only it was year round. Bright grapefruit/mango/pineapple/citrus peel/piney hops and moderate roast/coffee/charred bitter malt balance. Very smooth and sticky finish with some chalky roast malt creaminess. A bit higher in ABV this year, but equally as awesome as last year.

    One of my numerous go to IPAs. Bright flavors of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, and pine; with light-moderate caramel/toasted malt balance. Crisp and sticky hop finish with light creaminess in the mouthfeel. So damn excellent.

    My go to saison. Always world class. Bright lemon/orange peel; pear/apple yeast fruitiness; coriander/ginger spice and pepper/clove yeast notes; with moderate cracker/bready malt balance. Nice spicy finish with a touch of yeast tartness. High carbonation and very crisp/drinkable for the ABV. Always amazes me.

    Glad to hear it opened up nicely for you. When it's cold the flavors do get muted a bit and then they can come out with a bit of time. Out of sheer curiosity :rolling_eyes:, what are your favorite toppings for pizza?
