    Proclamation Harper I w/Apricots. This is a really good apricot sour. Not quite as good as the 4 oz sample of Fou Foune I had at Beervana last year, but nonetheless this is enjoyable. Glad I grabbed 2 bottles.

    Dusted off the homebrew equipment tonight and brewed for the first time in over a year. Then I realized its been 2 years since I brewed a berliner...so I made up for lost time and brewed 25 gallons which will get split 5 ways keeping 5 gals plain and 4x 5 gals will get different fruit treatments.

    Relaxing now and finishing this up.

    one of those nights you do not have that often ,just quit my job for a better opportunity. They told me a few weeks ago they were outsourcing my department to India. its all about the bottom dollar but scored a new position real quick with a Director title so life is good. time to celebrate with something really special.....
