    One of my favorite offerings from Weihenstephaner. Up there right behind Korbinian and their Hefeweissbier in my opinion.

    Tonight I'm drinking at Lost Forty Brewing, Little Rock, Ark:

    Some hits and misses this evening. A hit was "Fresh Cut Imperial Stout" a new beer for them, put on tap for the first time today:

    Roasted malt aroma with some stone frui as liquid warms. Bittersweet dark chocolate with whisper of stone fruit (cherry) flavors. A little on the lite side (could be a little more chewy and boozy) but otherwise very good. Cheers!

    Just got back after driving home all day from my family reunion. Had a great time, and drank far too many bad beers. Now sharing a Straight To Ale International Space Saison aged in Tequila barrels that my son brought from Alabama. Interesting to say the least, considering I'm not much of a tequila fan (goes way way back to particularly bad episode of drinking, but that's a story for another time and place), it's pretty tasty!
