Haha, you got me. I hope to go there sometime. Not everyone has their own castle.

Just made myself an XSlam. Pretty damn good... It's good to be in Michigan and be able to do this! Next experiment is KBS/Heady Black&Tan. Life's good
Been writing for the last two-plus hours, some combination of reading / writing for the last six or so. Time to hit the sack after the Sculpin I had earlier.
"Gosto de ficar ao sol, leãozinho - De molhar minha juba - De estar perto de você, e entrar no mar"
(my point exactly!!!!!)

which beer won the blind taste test?
You can't. It was a one-off release. However, there are rumors that Founders may rerelease it as part of the Backstage Series this year. They did have a fresh batch on tap at their 15th Anniversary Party from what I've heard.
It's barrel aged and bottled once in September 2011... so... nowhere.
I opened one of these and it isn't working for me...
SO MUCH BOOXE
Founders had a new batch on draft at the anniversary party in the fall, so it is plausible to see more in the future.
uhh... if you read the mans caption that i was replying to then you would ask the same question i did. i already know it was bottles once in 2011. so...uhhh... thanks?
Took the wife to BJ's for dinner, had a tatonka stout and a hopstorm
More Denogginizer from the home tap.
Last Celebration for me. Havent had one in a few weeks but damn I love the smell of this!
Watching some New Girl season to re-runs and enjoying this beer before bed!
Cheers ladies and gentlemen!
I mixed Dark Horse Tres Blueberry Stout with Young's Double Chocolate Stout. The Dark Horse had a chalky bitterness that wasn't working for me; the addition of the Young's sweetness balanced it out, particularly when it warmed up.
my apologies! didn't see that. I knew they had it on tap at the 15th anniversary party, but the idea of bottling it soon is just speculation for now.
Tough spot...it's a beast. Hope you have some help...
It's just me... I'm about 3/4 of the way through but I think I might throw in the towel. It's so damn syrupy...
Rodenbach Grand Cru
Yea it was a one and done for me...still have a bottle that at some point I'm sure I will open. At least it was cheap...?
Just finished Mother Earth Brewery's Dark Cloud a little while ago. A "Munich-style dunkel lager." I'm super new to beer and this was really drinkable. About to have Bell's Double Cream Stout in a minute.
Something on the hoppy side is in order for tonight...

Great beer, and love the bottle opener!
Horray for Deschutes in Illinois!
Funny enough, I'm now drinking Steel Reserve & listening to this:
I have to admit, I chuckled while reminiscing about this song. High school memories...
I had this the other night on tap. Only a 6- 8oz pour. If it would have been more, it would have been too much for me.
Nights not over
