    Back at home and took a look at my neglected hop crop. My back issues kept me from climbing when they were doing their thing, so I let them run wild. Weeds do what they do best. Grow! Should be harvest time in a couple of weeks. Time to work on that wet hop ale recipe.

    Smoked wings done. Marinated in oj ,Italian dressing and crushed red pepper. On smoker then quickly on grill with a little bbq sauce. Smoked almonds were sautéed in butter and hot n sweet dry rub. Time to dig in [​IMG]
