    Samuel Adams Summer Ale. It's the beer I've drank on the beaches of Maine in the summer for the past few years but now that I've actually taken the time to analyze it and serve it in a proper drinking vessel (other than the can/bottle), I have a slightly different opinion. Summer Ale is a good beer but the strong, almost artificial lemon flavour keeps this from being a great beer. This beer would greatly benefit from a more subtle approach to lemon flavouring in beer.
