    Oh man, I'll be curious to hear what you have to say about that Cafe Royale. The few Williamsburg Alewerks brews that I've had the good fortune to imbibe were top-flight.

    See, the dilapidated house finally fell over...it forced my hand & I HAD to pick a new avatar :wink::stuck_out_tongue:

    Story I related long ago in an old WBAYDN (short form):
    Cold day decided against long line at Rustico Ballston to get CBS (100% correct choice). Hit WoB instead, had bottle Cafe Royale. I LOVE their bourbon porter, and Cafe is similar (but didn't top my feelings for the other). Something I read about it (maybe on this site) said something to the effect (I swear!): as good as CBS, but not hyped (paraphrased).

    Now that I've finally had CBS, that statement is crazy, but I get the sentiment. I'm happy to be able to revisit it, and hoping to find some Bourbon Porter this year. There flagships/mass produced stuff is meh, but GF and I were mildly to really impressed with their "more crafty" offerings.

    Now your really killin' me....Ha!!! Mostly the stick....the glass is because I don't wanna drink this beer too fast...it's the smallest one I have....:stuck_out_tongue::wink::sunglasses:

    I wish I could hit home runs but I'm a girl sooo...but I was 2-4. However we lost our first game tonight. 7-1 now :slight_frown:

    Just had Wulver (2013 I think), moved onto Backwoods Bastard (10/12/13).
    It reaffirmed my belief that Wulver is superior.

    More heat present in the BB, even though it comes in at 10.2% and Wulver is at 12%.
    Wulver is smooth and creamy, whereas BB is slick and oily. This is an exaggeration, just the best explanatory adjectives I could come up with.

    Both are world class, cheers...
