Independence RedBud. It's a very good Berliner Weisse from one of our many fabulous local breweries. Light and perfectly tart with sparkling carbonation, this is very tasty. This is a great beer to have after recovering from running 5 miles in 89 degrees.

 

Honey Brown Original Lager brewed Dundee

 

Urban Chestnut Sclosstrum Altbier next. Will have to wind down; I have a appointment at the VA tomorrow...

Sierra Nevada: Hoptimum


My last Hoptimum (of this 4 pack). Dont know if I will get around to buying more this year, but it is definitely something I will be getting every year.

 

I needed a dessert so I chose my last Black Rye!!!!

 

First a homebrew saison! Only a week in the bottle at this point, but coming along nicely. Lots of orange.



Then Bell's Consecrator Doppelbock. Doppelbocks and Eisbocks have been my delicious weakness lately....

 

On to a Lagunitas Sucks, backing up to beer 1; That Coop Alpha Hive was great, would rather have that than a F5. This is my new favorite hoppy beer from OK. Roughtail, still love ya!

This was a nice, light, fruity Gose.

Finishers:

One of my top tier session IPAs. Bright grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, lemon/orange peel, and piney hops; with some light caramel/bready malt balance and crisp/sticky finish. Amazing. Very flavorful for the ABV.


My current favorite fruit wheat outside of Founders Rubaeus. Big watermelon, strawberry, lemon, pear, apple, and light banana/clove yeast/fruit flavor; with balanced wheat, biscuit, light honey malt sweetness. Light spicy/bitter balanced finish; moderate creaminess. Very robustly flavorful for 4%. Looking forward to trying the Apricot one soon.


Always excellent IPL. Bright grapefruit, tangerine, peach, mango, lemon zest, orange rind, pine, and grassy hops; with some light-moderate crackery malt balance and a nice sticky hop mouthfeel. Mosaic hops are my favorite new hop variety for sure.

my warrior dipa named december. I harvested my warrior hops in december last year. yes i know that sounds strange. i didnt plant them until late june in this godforsaken enviroment and the were ready in december dammit. anywat the dipa is wonderful
