I love White Castle sliders! I really enjoy Bell's Hopslam with those little suckas.
A beer with an alka-seltzer dissolved in it.
I'd just go with something cheap, but not necessarily something crappy. Maybe a Yuengling.
I think any sour would be a good pairing, to cut the grease, but if you're pounding sliders, maybe just pound a decent pale ale with them and save the good stuff to drink by itself.

We always ate those after beer.
