Screenshot from Rob Zombie's new movie "Lords of Salem". Anyone know what beer is chillin' in the fridge behind the demon chick? Wonder if there is some kind of connection, or just random? Either way, at least the possessed have good taste.

I would assume that those are labels made for the movie. Showing actual brands in films can be tricky unless it's brand-aware product placement. The pic almost looks like Rob Zombie or Lemmy.

Saw the Smuttynose post, looks close but they probably changed the wording cause the text looks different.

It looks like Smuttynose Old Brown Dog Ale, it's a pretty solid brown ale.

Thankfully it's in the fridge but it's hard to tell if it's fresh.

Maybe that's why the chick turned into a demon, perhaps the bottle was more than 3 days old.

You think Rob Zombie has legs like that? Haha. I think it's his wife Sheri Moon Zombie. I could be mistaken though.

I don't know a whole lot about Rob Zombie, especially what his legs are like. ;)

Yes we are.....Rob Zombie was born in Haverhill MA according to IMDB. Google maps tells me it's 30 miles to the Smuttynose brewery from there, so maybe it's his hometown favorite?

Yes, that is Sheri Moon, Rob's wife, who is in every single one of his movies. She's pretty damn hot too, though sometimes her acting makes me want to stab myself.

Cool beer cameo, regardless. I doubt this is unintentional, Zombie's one of those guys with whom every little thing is done as some sort of homage/shout out and to see if the audience is paying attention.

It's a witch movie that takes place in Salem, MA. Salem is about 45 minutes south of Smuttynose, so I really don't think it's anything more than a realistic local beer that one would find in a fridge in Salem.

There's no amount of nudity that could make a Rob Zombie movie worth seeing.

This chick totally ruined Rob Zombie's potentially badass... uh... potential.
