What beers would pair best with Ethiopian food?

    This might be a first, but I'm too lazy to look. My wife and I are heading to an Ethiopian restaurant for dinner tonite, and its BYOB. Looking for suggestions on what type of beer/s I should bring.

    Take an assortment of your favorite hoppy lagers and IPA's.

    I think I'd go with an American Pale Ale or American Blonde Ale.

    Harar.

    Also depends on what you are having, but that's a pretty safe generic one.
