What brewery did Stone get their yeast strain from?

    I just read the book from Stone published a couple of years ago and Greg mentions that he got his yeast strain from a brewery that he did not name in the PNW. They got the yeast from a now defunct Canadian craft brewer. Anyone know who the two breweries in question were?
