I like it!
Congrats on the Silver Anniversary. Maybe with some persuasion some BA’s could twist the arm of Sam C from DFH to make a special Beer Advocste Ale clocking in at 25% ABV of course and have some real silver flakes in it.
I dig the logo. Totally understand it not being the new official logo, but Id like it to stick around for a bit!
The new logo looks nice, but thank you for sharing your first ever review! What a historical moment that was!
I feel like that’s very much within the realm of possibility for Sam lmfao
Well done it looks real good.
I immediately knew it was the old logo when I opened BA yesterday. There was something in my subconscious that kicked in and triggered great memories of first discovering Beeradvocate.
It would be cool to try to track down old members who were "infamous" on these boards...
Venom and Ding come to mind.
Ding now lives near me if you really want to find him. He's slightly less annoying these days.
Congratulations and thanks to Todd and the rest of the BA crew.
Do you have any "sessions" with him?
The logo is a treat, congratulations on 25 yrs, thats quite a milestone.
Thanks for all you and the team(s) have done.
Kind of funny that 10 years ago people would have thought a Lager Fest couldn’t be successful. Mainly because IPAs were (and obviously still are) so popular.
25 years ago it likely would have been the same sentiment, but for different reasons. Mainly because anyone getting into craft would associate them with the Budweisers of the world.
Losog are a fickle beast. Outside perception would probably give it more credit.
Every website in the 2020's looks the exact same as every other website in the 2020's, so I welcome atavism.
Iḿ partial to the old logo, as thatś all Ive known, but I can dig it...
Arbitrator, alewatcher and nickd post are missing
Ha, I have no idea who they are.
I think Arbitrator sounds familiar?
Just seeing this logo put a malty taste in my mouth. Brings me right back to the days I was looking for caramel flavors in beer...
Count me a fan of the newer logo, hope it returns.
