    Hanging by the pool, watching the kids, drinking a Bavarian Hefe that is damn good! Pils, Vienna, German Dark Wheat, Magnum, SN Kellerweisse, proper glassware, proper pour, pork shoulder smoking behind me for dinner tonight.

    Drinking a session pale with simcoe, amarillo, and citra. Dryhopped with a bunch of amarillo and citra so it's not very clear. [​IMG]

    The Averagely Perfect NE IPA malt bill with Columbus, Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial, plus a pound of sugar to bump it up a notch. I plan on brewing the full AP NE IPA next weekend, assuming I can find the yeast in stock soon.
