What ingredients do you always have on hand?

    I could live on just Munich malt. Vary the hops between batches and I'd be in smash heaven. :grinning:

    Hopfen und Malz, Gott erhalts. That is on the avatar, and translates to "Hops and Malts, God provides". Did not get mine from God.

    Presently, plenty of 2-row, and lots of wheat malt, a variety of crystal plus amber, brown, and Carafa malts. 10 lbs total of 15 different hop varieties, packets of dry yeast (Chico, baby!). Time to put some of this to use!
