6.37 at the moment. Still have to rate or review many favourites but a few of them which are also low ABV come to mind.

Top ten is 7.56. Highest ABV is 13.8, lowest is 3.9. As with everything my tastes run the gamut from extreme to traditional.

...makes sense: top 10 include Weihenstephaner's Hefe Weissbier (5.4) and Avery's 5 Monks (19.4), with the rest all between the 8% Pliny and the 13% Parabola...

    Bottom-dweller avg. = 6.7%

...as predicted, featuring a few light macros (Bud, Coors...) at 4.2%, but also Mikkeller's Black (黑) at 17.5%...

6.35, sounds about right. Generally prefer beers around the 4-6% mark, but like to involve myself from time to time with something heftier.

Mine varies seasonally with over 9 in the winter especially during flu season when I use the antibacterial qualities of hops as an excuse to load up on DIPAs and in the spring when I use Lent as an excuse to load up on doppel bocks. During the summer it drops to under 7.

RCH's Ale Mary is my absolute favorite spiced English ale.
I had a 3.9 bitter in my list as well - Victory's Uncle Teddy's (a bit closer to home).

So ... is someone going to average all the averages to determine the precise ABV of everyone's top 10 beers? I nominate @Alextricity to take on this task.

    6.69%.
    6 out of 10 are 5.5% or lower, then 6.2%, 8%, 8.2%, and 14%.
Though I usually don't rate beers, so this isn't necessarily my favourite 10 beers.
