This question is coming from a Light Weight Beer Lover who would answer this question with 12 beers back in my college days and that was quite a lot for me.

Alcohol by volume matters too. I've soloed 19% Bruery bombers on the weekends many times in the past. I just pulled up my android alcohol tracker app, and it said it was 27.78 Standard Drinks on a Saturday a few weeks ago. Standard Drink = 12 ounce 5% beer.

Probably around 40 beers (american adjunct lagers). I miss college but my liver does not.

I'm lucky to have survived my high school and college days due to stupidity with motor vehicles, alcohol, and water recreation. Too many times where I couldn't tell you how much I had in a day.

Probably fifteen. That was many years ago, it was a one-time thing, and someone else was buying.

20 beers about 10 years ago camping in Oklahoma. Found out they capped their alcohol at 4.2% I believe it was.

Probably over 15. I just don’t remember and I’m grateful for my liver to have endured all this until now and in the foreseeable future.

At one point, a buddy and I got into drinking 64oz pitchers of beer from the pitcher, so we'd get to the bar around 7PM, each chug a pitcher top to bottom to get started, then buy more to "sip". We'd have up to five each, and since these were probably 3.2% ABW which is 4% ABV, that's about 21 12oz 5% ABV Buds. In maybe four or five hours. Luckily we were usually on foot or got a ride, but I couldn't vouch for the driver's condition or identity. Again, stupid. May have had something to do with not finishing college until I was 30, but never had an alcohol related citation or was the driver in an accident. But injuries, yes. Got hit by a Harley IN a bar once.

I suppose being a girl it makes it a bit easier to have a few more when you are out and about especially when someone else is buying. Free beers are the best beers.

I've been trying to find an equivalent for this app in the Apple Store ever since I switched to an iPhone, but no luck. The best I've found is something called "BoozeFit" which isn't bad, but I still prefer the Android one.

It was called, "AlcoDroid", is that the one you're using?

I fell asleep about 23.5 hours in and when I woke up someone had thrown away my score sheet and put all the cans and bottles in the recycling bin. Being that it was the second Wednesday of the month, it was the day they picked up the recycling and the crashing of my neighbors' cans and bottles into the truck is what woke me up.

Realizing my situation, I ran out to the truck (obviously the guys knew me - the "dude who drinks all the weird beers"), hair and clothes disheveled, barefoot and hungover as I was.

    "Am I too late?!"
said Charlie, hanging off the rear of the truck, "jump in!"

I'd imagine 30-40. Back in college so I'm sure it was Busch Light or something equivalent to that. I remember the day started around noon a local casino learning how to play craps with my roommate and ended with a party at our apartment with cases upon cases of PBR, Busch Light and the occasional Bud Light. That was a fun day but not one I'd recommend for most people.

Better than a case. Get to the beach at 10 AM steady beers until 6 PM gives you a case, even more if you're having a bon fire or going out after.
Oktoberfests in 78 &79 we were waiting for the tents to open and stayed until they closed so God only knows how much beer that was.

I was a bit thinner back in the college days which was only a few years ago and even more thinner in high school. The little extra weight hasn't helped though. I will forever be a light weight. I guess my husband liked that during our dating days because I was a cheap date.

I love using it, been using mine for years too.

It REALLY helps you become aware of just how much you're drinking. This can be difficult with craft beer, which comes in all different sizes and ABVs.

Makes you think twice about ordering that second double IPA at the bar, "Oh, it's ONLY another 10 oz. pour...who cares if the ABV is 8%."

Or at home when you're thinking about grabbing another can, "This is just a single IPA, I can have one more 16 oz. can at 6% ABV and feel fine tomorrow."

Then you punch these into the app and see your BAC sky rocket...

Wow, you drunk fucks make me feel better about myself!

But seriously, no idea what it would have been in college but we did have one marathon competition where you started Friday after dinner and you had to drink a fifth of any 80 proof liquor, 24 beers and finish with three pints of Mad Dog 20/20. First to finish “wins”, that was usually sometime early Sunday morning. Thankfully I never played because it was in the spring during lacrosse season. But that gives you an idea of the drunks I hung out with...

I did do the Century Challenge a couple times, essentially the same thing but with 100 beers. I never finished though, once someone “won” I called it quits.

dennis3951's comment pretty much sums this one up...
beertunes a close second... "Invoking the 5th"... humourous.

Forget about 'bragging rights'; from the point of view of 'self-medication'... many people suffer terribly through alcohol abuse... once that hook is set, lives are often ruled (and or) ruined...
    Therefore; tread carefully comrades!

I usually mix with hard liquor, so it gets lost somewhere. I can't/won't drink an entire case, as I start to feel bloated after just a few, and would rather have one high ABV than six, twelve, twenty four, etc. AAL.

Small town college bar in Wisconsin back in the late 70's, I was standing near the back door, when the guy rode in through the front door which was often open for airflow, hit the brakes and slid into me. I turned the bike off and took his keys. He gets upset, I get upset, we were both pretty drunk. Someone stepped in, perhaps the bartender, grabbed the keys, sat us both down and got us another drink (good way to calm a drunk?) while someone took the bike out. Things calmed. A few days later I ran into him at the same bar and we had a drink and ended up biking together a few times.
