What do you feel is the best beer for the best price? The best bang for the buck

    Maybe for me:
    -6pack SN Torpedo $6.99
-6pack heavy seas loose cannon $7.99

Both will only set you back about $10 a sixer.

Sweetwater IPA (cheep and awesome IPA). If I have to buy sixers, its always Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald or Duck Rabbit Hoppy Bunny. Ill usually resort to something from the Midwest (Thirsty Dog or Great Lakes). Two-Hearted isnt out of the question.

Great Lakes is a $10 sixer.

Sounds cray, but with all of the $7 to $10 growlers I see, Dogfish Head 60 minutes at $9 or $10 a six is a screaming deal

i just spread em out, which makes them a better value. I would rather have Edmund Fitzgerald for 10-14 days than Eddy Fitz for 6 days.

Westvleteren 12 at the monastery. ~4.00 euro per bottle. :)
More locally, Alaskan Amber sixers run about $7.99 or less in most bargain places in the four corners states in my experience.

Agreeing with a bunch of people here with Torpedo. Cannot find a better priced IPA with such a powerful distribution. Any gas station or liquor store around here has it!

I stated in another thread that the are no bargains when it comes to beer, but the best deals I can think of are $8-9 six packs of Prima Pils and Great Lakes flagship beers. I also buy some Bud Lite Lime for 1.49/24 oz can... not going to lie.

It's a good price, but the weekends in Chicago that accompany stops in Munster can break me.

Otherwise I agree with everyone who mentioned six packs from Great Lakes.

I was gonna say 12-packs of SNPA... I haven't seen any 12-packs of Torpedo! I'd grab one of those pretty often.

Stone IPA @ Costco for $28. My new go-to might be Green Flash 30th Street Pale Ale. Cases at the brewery are $32.

Considering a 12er of Torpedo is $14 around here compared to say a sixer of Union Jack for $13 or Founder's Centennial for $15/sixer, I do drink my share of Torpedo though I prefer the others.

You can get Zyweic Porter!? I've looked everywhere for that---haven't seen any in a couple of years---or Okocim Porter either. Makes me weep when I think about it.
