I spoil myself by buying a different beer every time I go to the store, so I don't have an everyday beer, but if I did have one, it would be Two Hearted.

Can go wrong with Grapefruit Sculpin, NvU, Lizard King or Pseudo Sue. Not sure if I can call Sue an everyday beer, but it's available enough to have on a pretty regular basis.

Narragansett Lager is a good, flavorful easy-drinker goof for a long session if you're looking for a cheap American Lager that doesn't taste like soap or musty seltzer.
Anchor Porter is a dependable dark beer.

Such an animal doesn't exist for me, but the one I have most is Burials Scythe rye ipa. Lots of body, the sharp rye is perfectly suited for an IPA, this drinks bigger than it is, it's a 7% IPA , but I'd swear it was an 8% dipa.

Not sure I have a GO TO, as I'm relatively new to craft beers and on a mission of discovery, but I always have the following in my fridge:

Lagunitas - Little Sumpin, Sumpin, Extra
    Founders - Old Curmudgeon
    Founders - Dirty Bastard
Dogfish Head - 90 minute IPA

Well it depends what I feel like drinking. Typically I go-to one of these cause they are always available at my store and on tap at most establishments I frequent.

    -Bells Two Hearted Ale
    -Ayinger Celebrator
    -Ballast Point Sculpin
    -Founders Porter
    -Toppling Goliath Psuedosue
    -Weihenstephaner Hefe-Weissbier
    -New Holland Dragons Milk
    -Deschutes Obsidian
-Grain Belt Nordeast (I always have a flat in the fridge for my random buddies or in case I want to play some beer pong, it's actually a solid brew and is in my opinion the best "bulk beer" option.)

Lately though given the season, it has been:

    -Founders Breakfast Stout
    -Founders Old Curmudgeon
    -Ballast Point Victory At Sea
    -Bells Expedition Stout
    -Surly Abrasive
    -Sierra Nevada Celebration

The Tree House answer was a bit ridic, unless you're in Monson or nearby enough to grab it weekly. I've obtained it enough, as can be seen by my posts to know that I know what I'm talking about. Ahem. That said, a go to shelf beer when everything else fails to intrigue would be Stone IPA. It's a classic and has tasted the same from day one. If I still lived in PA, where I was born and raised, it would be Two Hearted. A fantastic beer that I would reach for time and time, again.
