I have recently discovered that I love both Citra and Mosaic hops. I can't get enough of them. What hops do you like?

I don't about any one hop specifically, but all of my favorite IPAs use some combination of Citra, Mosaic, Centennial, Amarillo, Chinook, and Simcoe.

I tend to prefer very juicy, bright IPAs and DIPAs, so Citra is big for me. I've had a few great experiences with Galaxy hops though, and would love to have more. They've added a lot of sparkle and subtle sweet/fruit notes to Anchorage Galaxy and Boulevard The Calling especially.

Hallertau for me. Hallertau hops grown in Hallertau, Germany in a good German style Pilsner.

EKG for me. I've brewed with it a lot more over the years than any other variety, and for good reason.

Equinox, Galaxy, El Dorado, Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo, Centennial...in that order. All of these make incredible homebrewed single hop IPAs but Equinox is by far my favorite, right now. Equinox goes well in a single hop, or with other hops, in IPAs, Pale Ales, Stouts, Saisons and Brett/Wild beers. Galaxy was my number one until Equinox came around...Equinox has a lot of the qualities of Galaxy but with a little pungent funk to it that I really like!

Second the Hallertauer love. I'm big into the Noble Hop strains, though I definitely enjoy Cascade and Centennial when used in the right recipes.

I always buy single hop citra brews when I see them. HF's Single Hop Series Double Citra is one of my favorites, I think it may have pushed me towards my favoring of Citra. I have been using a lot of New Zealand varieties in my homebrew. They seem to be more widely available and add a bit of lime zest to the aroma and flavor.

Galaxy has it for me right now. I enjoy Tomahawk as well, not used as much lately I don't think. I like the Centennial/Warrior/Simcoe/Columbus combo on my DIPA homebrews.
