I know I'm checking the liquor store almost every day once SN Celebration is on the horizon. I love that beer. Any seasonal shelf releases that have you annoying the cashiers at the liquor store every year?

I'd have to say Celebration as well. It's not so much that Celebration is my favorite beer (although I do like it a lot)...it's more that the release of Celebration kind of kicks off the winter seasonal time of year. Once you see Celebration you know that all the big winter stouts, old ales and winter warmers are on their way soon. The little snowed in cabin on the label pretty much encompasses the feeling I get thinking of this time of year...kind of like "comfort beer" I guess you could say.

Much agreement here, everytime I feel like I've worn out my palate, it's just about the time another seasonal appears and alleviates my boredom. Craft breweries are really good at releasing just enough of something to make you look forward to the next time around.

I've been being an immense pain in the ass to all local store owners the past week and a half or so knowing Nugget Nectar is on its way. Last year I was limited to 2 3-bottle limits at one store, and the others close had sold out. This year I've got more shops on my radar so I don't anticipate it being a problem again.

FBS kicks off the beer drinking season for me. Not only does it signify an onslaught of bad ass seasonals and special releases, but also the changing of the season. Before FBS comes out it is just too damn hot to drink down here in the Ozarks, but when I see that little ugly baby, I know it is time for my annual beer belly.

FBS, Brooklyn BCS, Celebration, Bigfoot and FW Sucaba. And I know I might catch some shit for this but Sam Adams Octoberfest signifies the start of my drinking season. I love the malty goodness of a good octoberfest to transition from hefes and ipas to marzens, porters and stouts.

EDIT: I have yet to try Nugget Nectar and Hopslam which I am sure will be added to my list.
