Hey Advocates! I’m heading from Minneapolis up to Winnipeg next week, and wondering what beers I should be checking out. If a guy’s a fan of strong beers, Belgians, and non-hazy IPA’s, what should be on my must-drink list?

    Thanks!

There are quite a few tap rooms around these days. Sookram's and Kilter are worth checking out. Really you can't go wrong, and it depends what part of town you'll be staying in.

I know I am very late to the gate on this one, and probably positing after the fact but I highly recommend Half-Pints and Kilter. Kilter Vintage Pilsner is a great offering as is their stouts and Half-Pints Burly Wine has been a staple of the Canadian Top 100 for years and they make a banging Coffee Stout. I'm told Torque - Red Line is really good too, but I'm not much of an IPA fan.
