My wife is headed to Chicago to visit a friend this weekend, and offered to swing by Binny's (probably South Loop) for me. I can't overload/overwhelm her with requests, so what would you recommend as local and fresh? I saw the most recent Pipeworks set (G&T and blueberries aren't for me) and wasn't exited; I'm more of a hophead, so was a bit disappointed. Last time we picked up some Spiteful IPA and BA Pigeon Porter (that one I haven't opened yet), but I'm curious as to what I should be adding to her shopping list. Stouts (non-coffee), sours, and just plain good beer are always enjoyed. I'll probably pass on Daisy Cutter this time around.

Anti hero is great if you have never tried it and it is year round. Revolution has a seasonal Belgian IPA out right now called A Little Crazy. It is fantastic. There is likely some Ninja vs Unicorn on the shelf if you wanted a Pipeworks IPA. Not sure how old though.

Pipeworks - Ninja v Unicorn, Mocha Abduction, Citra, not sure what else they have out (note: there's a key on their website to translate batch numbers to actual dates)
Half Acre - Daisy Cutter, Senita, Double Daisy Cutter (although there's probably none left)
Three Floyds - Alpha King, Gumballhead, Zombie Dust (if you can find any)
Small Town - Not Your Father's Root Beer (for something completely different)
