    I'm the only hophead among my family/friends- so I keep the IPAs on hand to a minimum. I generally order IPAs on tap though

    I use a really similar one, but covered the glass with sides of my favorite 4 and 6-packs to light-proof the glass for cellaring. Classy sh** right here though- gonna need a double-wide before long.

    Here's the answer on hops. The hops degrade over time. Drink an IPA with age and it takes on a sweet, caramel flavor most common to a barleywine. If you crave the bitter hop flavor, fresh grapefruit, resinous pine then drink it fresh. It's all chemistry now a days.
