Lately it's been Anchor Steam. Perfect beer once I've had enough of the IPA's or stouts or whatever else I've started with on a given day.

Torpedo's probably the most common staple in my fridge, but there's no beer I perpetually have in my fridge.

Other common staples are the main CCB line (Jai Alai/Maduro/Tocobaga), Lagunitas IPA and Little Sumpin' Sumpin', Bell's Two Hearted, SNPA, and Noble Pils.

There's always either Bud Light or High Life cans in the fridge though, so I guess that's my staple, even if I don't drink them. They're for guests who want them, and they almost always want them over what I'm having.

My present MO is to keep my everyday beers (SNPA, SABL) in the kegerator. I keep growlers or bottles of beers I just want to try and beers I like, but do not want a whole keg of at one time, in the fridge. Since the craft beer thing in general and the kegerator in particular are relatively new to me, my MO is likely to change as I learn.

I don't always have these, but the most common are...
    Victory Prima Pils
    Weihenstaphaner Original
Troegs Nugget Nectar (I stock up, so there's always one in my fridge from March through May)

With a dedicated beer fridge in the basement, I always have:

PA: NG Moon Man or Mission St PA (cheap and refreshing)
IPA: Victory HopDevil or Green Flash WC & Founders Centennial (depending on the depth of hoppiness I want)
DIPA: Lagunitas Maximus (Hopslam when in season)
Vienna: SA Boston Lager or GL Elliot Ness
    Quad: St Bernardus ABT12
    BSPA: Duvel & GI Matilda
    BSDA: Delirium Nocturnum
    Saison: Sofie
Browns: GI Nut Brown or Smutty Old Brown Dog
    Porter: Founders or Fullers
RIS: Old Rasputin or Bells Expedition
    Milk Stout: Left Hand Nitro
American Stout: Bells Special Double Cream (!!), Bells Kalamazoo, Sierra Nevada, NG Road Slush
    Scotch Ale: Founders Dirty Bastard
Rye: GI Mild Winter (I stockpile this stuff when in season)
    Doppelbock: Celebrator
Hefeweizen: Weinstephaner or NG Dancing Man

These standards are always on hand. Everything else rotates.

I always have to have either an IPA or a stout in the fridge, so I can sate whatever inclinations I have at any given moment.

IPA: Sierra Nevada Torpedo, preferably canned. (Hoptimum when in season). Definitely need another option at some point, just to mix things up.
Stout: Green Flash Double Stout or North Coast Old Rasputin.
