Back when I wrote that I was pushing 10 to 12 psi I think. I lowered it to 3 or 4 psi and it was better. I have since upgraded to Perlick Flow Control faucets. I am now running 12 psi with perfect pours and 5ft lines.

Thanks for the info. I'm at about 7 psi now and afraid the carbonation won't stay long enough for me to finish 15.5 gal. I'll look into to Perlick faucets tonight

I would say 7 is just about the lowest range you should go. You shouldn't have to control foam via PSIs. Lengthen your lines a bit and see if that helps, it helped me a lot.

I just heard Founders is switching to tall quarters. I'm totally bummed as I can't fit a tall quarter in my fridge (I don't think, but I'm now going to double check). I love Breakfast Stout and it's going to bum me out if I can't get a keg this year.

Pumking is dead, replaced it with Storm King. I forgot how much I love Stormy. Flower Power is on life support, hoping to replace it with Celebration as soon as it lands in our area (soon, I hope).

1/6 barrel of Deschutes Chainbreaker White IPA.

I have patronized my local shop for nearly 10 years now. The owner has my cell phone number and I have his. He called me to ask me if I wanted this keg for $30. YES! When I picked it up he told me that someone ordered the keg from him and paid a $50 deposit. They never picked up the keg. He tried contacting them and left them several messages over a two week period. He sold me the keg for the balance due.
