Need to jump on some good aroma hops, but think my limited inventory might make it through the Summer Northern Hemisphere dry spell if I stop using 1/2# per IPA batch  :

    1/2# Citra
    1/2# Columbus
    1/2# Summit
    5 oz Simcoe
    1/4# Amarillo
    1/4# Apollo
    1/4# Styrian Golding
    1/4# Zythos blend
    3 oz Nelson Sauvin
    2 oz Magnum
    1 oz Willamette
+ a few oz ea...homegrown Cascade, Nugget, Zeus and Centennial

I think it's time to try a Zythos/Apollo IPA, an ESB with the Goldings and Willamette, and a few single-hopped Porters with some Summit

He calls them "Stark" and "Yvonne" after the family names of the estates they came from. He doesn't know what kind they are.

    You are in dire straits:grimacing:
I have an unopened pound of Columbus and Nugget.
About a half pound each of Apollo, Bravo, and Sereberinka.
That is going to change this weekend .

I like the sound of single hop Summit porters. Chocolate, tangerines and garlic/onions/chives. I may have found my next brew.

About 70% of the hops were purchased using wedding checks designated for "Beer Making Use Only" from my buddies.
The 20 gallon batches are going to put a dent in my stash quickly :slight_frown: Looking forward to doing a Calypso & Pacifica Wheatwine when I get back from my brewing hiatus.
