Have been cellaring maybe a year at most, oldest has to be 2011 samichlaus 4 pack, also have a bitches brew from 2-3 years back that probably is past it's prime, may never open it though, love Davis and was named after him.

A dear friend actually gave me a bottle of this beer about a year ago and it was opened for a tasting almost immediately! It was a great example of a geuze that was aged well and still had a light carbonation and layers of complex flavors. Did you want a full glass to quench a thirst or go with a meal? Probably not. But it was a nice bottle to sip and enjoy in a small portion. This is a good one.

Don't age that "Cease & Desist" I held onto mine for a year or so and popped it. I wasn't impressed at all. I'm not saying the beer didn't age, I'm saying the beer itself wasn't worth the time to age it.
