For me, Indra Kunindra by Ballast Point. I'd be willing to purchase this once a year and split it with someone who wants a beer adventure.

Indra Kunindra is definitely up there. I'd say Rogue Voodoo Donut Maple Bacon and Jester King Snorkel are the strangest. I'd actually probably try them all again but I'd probably get grossed out again by Voodoo Donut. Love the innovation though

Indra Kunindra was definitely unique, but I loved both the regular and barrel aged versions.

I would mention Mama Mia! Pizza Beer for this topic. It definitely has some pizza like aromas and flavors, but it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I don't think I would get it again though,

It's been awhile since I had it, but Hebrew Funky Jewbelation was weird. I'd try it again.

Crime by Stone. It was really weird to me that Stone would sell such an awful beer for over a dollar an ounce.

    Jester King Snorkel
is delicious and you wouldn't know it had mushrooms in it.
My Blueberry Nightmare is definitely interesting.
Catherine the Great is not a RIS.
Hebrew Jewbelations are always an adventure.
All of the MAD beers, such as Umami.
There are more but that is all that comes to mind at the moment.

    is just bad.
Spontanseabuckthorn is Venus but with fewer ingredients.

Gonna have to go with SA Triple Bock on this one, weird as hell. It was like drinking some disgusting third world delicacy, but enjoying it...I don't think I'd have another.

a brew pub here in Bryan-College Station does SMaSH IPAs and their Vienna malt/sorachi ace hop IPA tasted like super sweet/super bitter s'mores. And I'm not kidding.

Yes ... I would drink it again. Wildest ish ever and pretty dang good.

One that comes to mind the most is

which is a mustard seed beer. Based on my review and the price (6 dollar admission) I guess I would not do it again.

Another vote here for Indra Kunindra. Didn't sound very strange and it wasn't bad, but much stronger spice character than expected. Usually anything weirder than that is not worth the gamble in my book/wallet.

Had the chance to purchase the smoked-sage saison Little Did We Know, but if I recall it was ~$35+, and even without looking at the mediocre ratings it was too much to risk. Hell, that's almost too much even if I know I like it!

Indeed Brewing's L.S.D. It smelled like bug spray. But still tasted...pretty good. Damn interesting. However, I will not seek it again.

The weirdest beer I have ever tasted was Jamil Zainasheff's Rye-wheat, which is about 40 percent rye (most ryes are 18 percent max). Very challenging beer to brew and almost as challenging to the palate. Delicious, however. If I ever get back to home brewing, I will make it again. It was sharp, tangy, and surprisingly delicious.

I'd have to say for me it was the Sam Adam's Longshot Honey B's Lavender Ale. To be drinking a lavender flavor was just confusing, but I absolutely loved it and wish I could have more.
Second place goes to any spicy stout. It's a flavor I love, but it's just so much going on in my mouth all at one time.

Definitely going with UCLABrewN84 and saying the Mamma Mia Pizza Beer. Triple Bock wins worst beer for me, but Pizza beer wins weirdest. And it was damn close to taking home worst as well.

Indra Kunindra first tasted a taster, had a few beers went for the tulip, left with a growler. Filled it up 3 times over the next week and a half. I will get it if it is on tap wherever I go.
All the Jewbelations are always a roller coaster ride. My daughter gave her friend the sampler they came out with for Christmas and she brought the last 4 or 5 over to the house and we whittled them down

Perle Ai Porci - Birra Del Borgo
A stout brewed with oysters. It had a distinct brine taste and some shellfish on the aftertaste. It was not terrible but I would not buy one again.

I think the 'weirdest' thing I've ever tried was BrewDog's Cocoa Psycho so not really that weird in comparison to what's out there, particularly in the American scene. I liked it but I think it's another one of those beers that'll either take some time or that you'd rather bring to a tasting.

CCB Humidor series, their IPA done on cedar chips is way too much. I found it undrinkable, like eating my wifes cedar chest, ugh.

Honestly I seek out the unusual. If all I had were the typical examples of each style things would get a bit dull. This is why I really like Dogfish Head, New Belgium Lips of Faith, Perennial, Prairie, Stone, etc. I

    Would try again:
4 Hands Smoked Pigasus (smoked rye and maple syrup in a Porter)
    Perennial Hopfentea
    Dogfish Head Noble Rot
New Belgium Lips of Faith Coconut Curry Hefeweizen
    Founders Mango Magnifico
    Dogfish Head 61
Stone W00tstout (easily my favorite of these)

    Stone Punishment
    O'Fallon Cherry Chocolate
Schlafly Lewis Osterweis Hard Ginger Beer
    Boulevard Hibiscus Gose
    Stone Matt's Burning Rosids

What's the weirdest beer you've ever tasted?

    The Concoction from Brooklyn Brewery

    Would you get it again?

Dear God, no! I'd drink Venus at least 3 more times without drain pouring it before drinking Concoction again.

A few recent ones that come to mind:

Earth Eagle Bog Mare: A gruit brewed with moose head broth. A little bit sweet and a little meaty/gamey. I'd do a sample pour of it again no doubt if I had a chance to but don't think I'd want a full pint in one sitting.

Element LESO: Strong ale "dry-hopped" with lavender. Way too herbal for me. Wouldn't do this one again.

Stone Punishment: Why brew a beer you know people are going to hate? I'd try this again in maybe 10 years or so to see how its aged.
