I should be back 7 June and will be at Red Oak for one.

Who will be the first brewery out here with a Teku glass??????

Do they charge an extra 10 bucks to have the privilege of drinking their beer from a Teku glass?

Prepare yourself for the description of the Bitter...had the beer and the very long description twice in as many weeks.

Redoak were certainly leading the way with glassware, but their range and number of glasses have shrunk dramatically in the last 9 years. In the glassware stakes, they have probably been overtaken by Temple, Feral and a few others. I'd hope someone latches onto the idea of getting a Teku done soon. The Ned Kelly Bridge Road logo would look ok on one

Nah, but i remember when the Lord Nelson released Broadside 200 and you could pay $5 (or something nominal like that) extra to keep the commemorative glass that it was served in. That was a great deal...until my flatmate dropped it!

Well, at least that stuff came to Sydney. Unlike the love the taphouse shows Sydney. World class fucking pub that is.
Then again the taphouse would charge $20 for a $310 ML glass

Send to Flat Rock and I will go there and try it. Happy Tusk went to Sydney but to a clueless venue.
    Send more Trumer instead :)

Good session of winter brews with some mates today including a couple of cellared beers that I had been itching to try.

Coopers Vintage 1999 - this had held up really well for its age although the palate didn't match the aroma and it fell a bit flat.
    Fullers Reserve No. 3
    8 Wired The Sultan
Liberty Renalls Toward Muriwai - not what I expected but good netherless
    Struise Black Albert
    Struise Cuvee Delphine
    Struise Black Damnnation III
    Jester King Funk Metal

All of the Struise's were exceptional and the JKFM is another sour that has me turning to the wild side........
