I'm inclined to say Westy 12 just because well...it's the only whale I've had. But if I could have only one of the beers I've ever tried right now I'd pick Heady Topper. That is number 1 in my mind.

I've given 2 beers all 5's, North Coast Old Stock Ale and Unibroue La Fin Du Monde. My favorite beer is probably still Chimay White though.

This is what I love about beer! Its not necessarily the highest rated beer. But what you like, Personally. I dont like the snobs that snub your choice, beer is made be shared, I love this thread. With that being said...

As for what I've reviewed my top beer is Duvel at 4.9. When I think about it that's a pretty appropriate beer to be 1st.

Mine is Abyss, but it's really 2010 Abyss consumed in 2012.

Followed by regular BCBS (2011 vintage consumed in 2012) and Double Sunshine (super fresh).

Personally, I prefer the King of beers: Budweiser, I cannot believe I am the first one to think of this spectacular brew.

It's hard to really pick one..but the best beer I've ever had would come down to either Black Note from Bells, or KBS that had about 8 months on it.

    Narke Kaggen! Stormaktsporter.

I hate to be cliche having an imperial stout as my #1, but it was just transcendent.

Based on my ratings, Tank 7 is the highest at 4.8, but Duvel is in a virtual tie at 4.79. I could drink both all day and never tire of either, so that seems about right.

I also have a couple beers that are 4.75: Orval and Cantillon Kriek 100% Lambic

Never have been lucky enough to score a bourbon county, however my favorite beer that is no longer made unfortunetly would have to go to Dogfish Head's Fort.

Unibroue Trois Pistoles is a close second

Double Trouble and Raspberry Tart are tied atop my list. Those are from 5 years ago and my standards have grown exponentially higher since then.
