Count it 4 with manutdfan and me!
Gtermi's DIPA homebrew! Like by far lol.. Followed by his pale ale. I believe he named the DIPA "zombie king?" Its among my favorite beers of all time.. Sorry ZD lol
would have to go with local brewer pipeworks and there citra ninja.
Bootleggers Knuckle Sandwich and Kern Citra.
This and Zombie Dust are 1a and 1b.. Too tough to choose.
Haymarket Brewing's Mathias is mine, but Zombie Dust is a close second.
Kern River Citra DIPA
About to try some Pipeworks
Zombie Dust and Citra Ninja by Pipeworks
Lol, me too. I'll trade a bottle of my homebrew IPA for yours. Mine is Columbus for bittering, and Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic for aroma/flavor/dry hop. 17oz in a 6 gallon batch total (1oz bittering, 8 oz dry hops and 8 oz of late additions).
I'll have pics up once it's done and carbed.
Bedlam. Still need to try Zombie Dust.
Founders Centennial is excellent
I hope you're trolling
lol yes. It is indeed an excellent beer though.
Does Zombie Dust taste like PseudoSue? Never had Zombie, but I have had Pseudo and have a growler of it in my fridge right now. It's definitely a good beer but not any kind of orgasmic experience for me.
Here is the right answer. Can we talk about something else now?
Knee Deep's Simtra is a combination of Simcoe and Citra. Hence the name...Simtra
Also...Zombie Dust and Kern Citra DIPA are my faves.
haha, yes it is.
Obviously ZD, but HF Susan has a Citra in it and it's quite noticeable even though they use a combo of hops.
I have been in love with Oddside Citra Pale ale...its so good. I also have a lot of love for zombie Dust.
Recently grabbed some Odd Side Citra since they started bottling. The same week, I had acquired a fresh bottle of Zombie Dust. I did a blind side-by-side and easily picked Zombie as the better of the two. That said, I still would drink Odd Side's Citra all day...it's that good.
Citranation from Night Shift Brewery in MA
Citra from Hill Farmstead
just got some hill farmstead double citra in a trade. holy s##t it's amazing! that being said, zombie dust and odd side ales citra pale are the bee's knees as well!...and i don't often drop the phrase "bee's knees" lightly.
not exclusively citra, but el gato grande from 2nd shift is amazing. definitely my favorite at the moment.
Kern River Citra, easy. So damn good. By the way Simple Citra from Rustic was one of my least favorite beers. I like "almost" everything we make.
Flower Power is off the hook. Recently had Single Hop Citra IPA from Flying Dog as well...pretty damn tasty.
Knee Deep Brew
Citra X Pale Ale .. VERY Good... try it if you Have Not...
Now that I have had Zombie Dust, I would deifnitely rank it ahead of Psuedo Sue. Both good, but Zombie a bit better. Still not a Top ten for me though. Guess Citra just are OK to me.
Backcountry Brewing's Fix Your Heel 2.0 DIPA takes the cake for me, although it's not too common.
Zombie Dust would be next.
Dark Horse's Artic Dekoorc Eert was very nice and the most flavorful of that variety pack.
Zombie Dust, it gets better the more you have it. No wonder people buy it by the case at FFF and it's sold out at the brewery every couple days
Jarl by Fyne.
I'll rep my local boys....
Against the Grain's Citra Ass Down. Blew people away at the Asheville Rare and Wild Beer Tasting last week.
I love KRBC Citra. But I just received a 4 day fresh bottle of Double Sunshine. One of the best beers I have ever had, if not the best. Simply amazing beer. Now I just need more !
psesudosue and zd.
