    Hi there,

Quick question as looking to brew this evening (UK time!) but any feedback on using 20% wheat malt in a blonde ale (looking to brew a light summery beer with a saaz kick to it). Went to the local homebrew store (kit orientated) and they had almost run out so looking to make do with what I have to hand.

    Cheers

I don't see why not. In fact, some wheat would not be out of place stylewise.

Yep agreed. I like a little wheat in my blonde ale. Not that much but a little adds some complexity. Saaz is good too
