It seems they are located in Chambley, Quebec, but I cannot seem to find a picture of their brewery, nor find an address. I looked it up on Google Maps and it seems to show me a few locations within the city, both show up close views of some trees and a lamp. Pretty secretive. Perhaps they contract brew? I have no clue how they get so many beers to almost every grocery store in the US and Europe. Any clues?

That map just shows a picture of a guys house.[/quote] It's the big complex across the street from the marker.
I clicked on the map, I'm seeing a grayish building, parking lot, with banners that say "La Fin Du Monde," "Eau Benite," etc. and a bunch of big tanks in the background. Looks like Unibroue to me.
Yeah, but that dude across the street is pretty lucky... I figured it would be brewed in a few places since its owned by Sapporo..
If I remember correctly, Sleeman Brewery of Guelph bought Unibroue, Sapporro bought Sleeman-Unibroue or was it Unibroue-Sleeman?
Sleeman bought Unibroue and became Sleeman-Unibroue they also bought a good number of other brewery's then Sleeman was bought by Sapporro a while back.
Have been to the brewery in Chambly, Quebec. They have a beautiful tasting room there. It was during the local beer fest, so not sure it has regular public hours.
I'm to understand that they might brew some of it in Guelph, but that's pure hearsay. I'd assume the majority if not all is brewed in Chambly.
If they do brew any in Guelph, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the "U" series, the U Miel Pilsner, Rousse and Pilsner, they taste the least like other Unibroues and a lot like Sleeman's kind of offerings.
Yeah, the "U" series is pretty generic stuff. Once in a while I pick up a case in Gatineau for cheap. As far as I know, all the Unibroue products I've purchased were brewed in Chambly but it wouldn't surprise me if some are brewed in Guelph for distribution in certain markets.
