My local place just got in a limited shipment of Cantillon, and I may be able to get one, yes, only one (had no clue this was happening and thus did not budget for it). Which one would be your vote if you had to get only one. This is what they have (never seen Cantillon in person before so I am not sure which is which)

    Thanks for the help.

Fou Foune. No question. It's the one 3rd from the right.

Edit: I mean it is a matter of opinion, but I have had all of the ones in the picture except for mamouche and Fou Foune is by far my favorite.

Not being familiar with the labels, I guess I'll second Fou' Foune.

Holy crap. You seriously have a choice of a huge spectrum of sours. I think I probably would have crapped my pants if I saw this on my local store's counter. Fou Foune or the Lou Pepes are probably the way I would go if I had to choose just ONE. I would get it soon because there are probably people already boarding flights to find your local store and buy them all out.

Fou Foune, if I had to.

Looks like Kriek, Lou Pepe Kriek, Lou Pepe Gueuze, Mamouche, Fou Foune, Bruoscella 1900 Grand Cru and Rosee de Gambrinus.

Where is that store again? Let me grab a few more members of NLLB ( No Lambic Left Behind) and fly there  Fou Foune is the top choice but Lou Pepe Gueuze close second. I haven't seen a shipment to local beer stores for more than one and a half year.

I've actually had Lou Pepe Gueuze fewer times than Fou Foune, for whatever reason it seems to come here less (but I can't tell which LP's those are). Also, I've had Mamouche and Fou Foune at the same time and I think I slightly preferred Mamouche.

Regardless, they're all great beers. No matter which you go home with you got a great beer. Although you're a bit more likely to see Rose de Gambrinus, regular kriek, and 1900 Grand Cru around than the others. (It's funny, I say this and yet haven't had the 1900. Probably because I keep seeing it and ordering others instead...)

Thanks a bunch. Then I'd ask the OP, what are the prices on the bottles? Are they all the same?

I've got a FaceBook response to this pic out now for the pricing, hoping they respond soon. They are 2 blocks from my work, and was thinking if I can score 2 of the "less rare" (as if any Cantillon isn't rare) for just about the same price as one of the rarer ones, it might be best to go that route as well. Fou Fone was my first pick if they had it, good to confirm that (according to the pic) they do.

    Fou foune. Easy answer.
I think the next best option is LP Gueze, LP kriek, then Mamouche. I really enjoyed Mamouche as person who does not like sours that much

I would have a hard time deciding between the Mamouche and Fou Foune. Personally I would select the Mamouche right now because the Fou Foune was bottled in August and the apricot flavor has already significantly diminished at this point. I know I probably sound ridiculous saying that, but having had a bottle in October and then another in February I noticed a significant decline in the flavor of the Fou Foune so I would choose the Mamouche instead.

Without reading any responses I'm sure everyone already told you to get Fou Foune. Rose is my favorite in that lineup. And it wont put a dent in your wallet either.

Most will probably say Fou Foune but I will say Mamouche because it's the only one I have not had.
