    And the winner is...

    Two-Hearted and Hercules.

Two Hearted is the best of those IMO

Moylan's Hopsickle, I'm just not that big on Two Hearted...I've had it fresh and with a few months on it and it wasn't as good as I expected it to be based on the reviews but, Hopsickle surprised me...very tasty!

I'm fairly new to the game. Plus I normally buy the doubles and imperials over the single IPAs.

I have an unnatural love for the Hercules - at least according to this site I rank it higher than most. So, Hercules. And then Two-Hearted.

All worthy, but if you've never had Two Hearted, you MUST!

That's what I meant--it's like not seeing Casablanca if you are into movies. There are better ones out there but you should experience it at least once.

Then again, I've never had a Two Hearted... :astonished:

Maximus is great. Sculpin and Burton Baton are phenomenal but $$. Big Eye is good and reasonable.

Out of that particular list, I think that Two Hearted jumps out as the obvious one, not only because it is the best in the list, but because of your comments and also given what you already have on hand. You don't need another DIPA when you have Double Trouble, but Two hearted is a high enough ABV beer as a single, to still hold up to most doubles.

But your profile says that you are in Georgia, so why isn't there a single GA beer on your list?

Stay local and grab some Sweetwater IPA. Much better and I bet cheaper than any you posted.

    Enjoy

This is not the first thread that has made me wish Bell's distributed to MA, and surely it won't be the last.

I've not tried either Moylan's Hopsickle or Great Divide Hercules Double IPA and would really like to try either . . . so those would be what I'd try since I've not. Of the others, Two Hearted no contest!

I was wanted to try something new. I've had Sweetwater, Terrapin, and Red Brick's IPAs.

The only one of those I've seen in my stores is Burton Baton, which I love and buy on a monthly basis.
