    Bottled a vanilla porter this weekend and brewed a saison that I meant to brew in spring, but was side tracked by getting married.

    Got my third sour mash started. Not sure if I'm going to make it a gose or a berliner at this point, but it's under the heat lamp now and will sour until Saturday.

    I guess people are just more interested in the hobby lately...like the almost 10,000 views of the 7 replies to the thread "Recycling Cantilion Bottles". It does seem like a lot of people interested in those 7 replies for removing stubborn labels.
