    First dry hop of the Galaxy DIPA. Co-pitched Kolsch yeast with a Brett Blend cultured from Allagash in a sour wort Berliner that soured in a fermenter for just over a week.

    I'm hankering to do a Supplication clone. I just tasted my Temptation clone and it's fucking dead on right now and I think I'll bottle that soon. While tasting it I couldn't help but think that with cherries it would be damn close to Supplication...
