Any commercial/craft brewers out there (I know you are) who can tell me how they got into the field? Did ya start from the bottom on the bottling/packaging line and work your way up, or perhaps were just homebrewing for years and took some of your homebrew to a brewery and were hired? Do you think it's worth paying and going to a brew institute such as Siebels to land a job in the brewing industry, or better to teach yourself and hope to land a job in the brewing community?
