According to the article, Fat Bastard Wine and Flying Dog Raging Bitch were both approved in the past, and the current board considered revoking their approval along with banning Dirty Bastard, but decided against overturning their predecessors' decisions.
This is obviously stupid, but at least it will be a minor setback compared to the major progress of allowing bigger bottles - assuming the legislature doesn't find some way to keep that from happening.
