It's interesting. However, we have microscopes and climate control these days. There's probably more Sacc c. in one supermarket than in all the guts of all the wasps on the entire planet.
We have plenty of hornets around here. Maybe I'll throw a few into the wort and see what happens. Stinger IPA sounds great.
