Thought I saw a thread on this once but couldn't find it in a search ...
    What's your easiest drinking 10% abv ?
Mine would have to be Ballast Point Victory at sea. Just love this beer, great flavors. IMO it's not far off in taste to Xocovesa. Has anyone cellared any of these and what did you find in doing so ?

Squatters Outer Darkness. Stuff is reallllly smooth. Also, I'm technically breaking the rules here since it's 9.99% ABV but Surly Blakkr does not drink anywhere near 10%.

This is a hard one. I could never really describe any beer over 10% as being easy-drinking. It's just a case of if I like it, I can drink more of it.

Ephraim is listed as over 10% ABV. As I generally find HF hoppy beers to be very drinkable, I'll go with that one.

I think Stone in general does a very good job of making high ABV stuff drink a lot easier than it should. Great Lakes Chillwave isn't quite 10% (sorry to break that rule, OP), but it drinks more like a 7% beer.

Ten Fidy is dangerous for me, and Hop Cakes by NoDa is as crushable as Hop, Drop, & Roll...but 10.5%. It'll sneak up on you for sure.

In my experience, V@Sea is best fresh. It's not a bad beer with age on it, but I wouldn't cellar it more than 6-12 months again.

As for most well-hidden 10% abv beers, I would probably go with one of Port's IPAs like Hop-15. Those beers go down way too fast.

I'll also put my vote in for Victory at Sea; as much as I avoid higher ABV beers during the week, I have no problem putting this down, and cant help but pick up a few bottles whenever I see it on the shelf.

Burton Baton. It's already smooth when fresh, but especially so after about a year in the cellar.

I pretty much chugged this one night as my second beer without much of a thought. I woke up with a bit of a hangover and was blown away when I looked it up and saw it was 13%.

Firestone Walker Double DBA. Now that I type this I can't remember if the one I had was 2012 or 2013 but it was amazing. Around 12% but so smooth and filled with flavor that you'd never know it was so strong...nless you drank a few of them in a night.

At 15% Wicked Weeds, " Dark Arts " was pretty amazing at hiding the high ABV... If you don't have one, then it will be next Halloween before it comes out again. Well worth the get. I really liked how smooth this beer was.

Disagree with this one. Hi-Res, while okay, still has that extra bite that the typical 10+ beers tend to have that make them harder to drink.

As for me, I would have to say Flying Dog Double Dog, which is not only above 10%, but is above 11%. Very dangerous beer.
