Thought I saw a thread on this once but couldn't find it in a search ...
    What's your easiest drinking 10% abv ?
Mine would have to be Ballast Point Victory at sea. Just love this beer, great flavors. IMO it's not far off in taste to Xocovesa. Has anyone cellared any of these and what did you find in doing so ?

Squatters Outer Darkness. Stuff is reallllly smooth. Also, I'm technically breaking the rules here since it's 9.99% ABV but Surly Blakkr does not drink anywhere near 10%.

This is a hard one. I could never really describe any beer over 10% as being easy-drinking. It's just a case of if I like it, I can drink more of it.

Ephraim is listed as over 10% ABV. As I generally find HF hoppy beers to be very drinkable, I'll go with that one.

I think Stone in general does a very good job of making high ABV stuff drink a lot easier than it should. Great Lakes Chillwave isn't quite 10% (sorry to break that rule, OP), but it drinks more like a 7% beer.

Pipeworks Abduction. One of my favorite NBA Stouts. Hopslam is way to easy to drink IMO.

Ten Fidy is dangerous for me, and Hop Cakes by NoDa is as crushable as Hop, Drop, & Roll...but 10.5%. It'll sneak up on you for sure.

Knee Deep Simtra - does not taste as strong as it is. Also, I'd take it over PtY any day.

In my experience, V@Sea is best fresh. It's not a bad beer with age on it, but I wouldn't cellar it more than 6-12 months again.

As for most well-hidden 10% abv beers, I would probably go with one of Port's IPAs like Hop-15. Those beers go down way too fast.

I'll also put my vote in for Victory at Sea; as much as I avoid higher ABV beers during the week, I have no problem putting this down, and cant help but pick up a few bottles whenever I see it on the shelf.

Burton Baton. It's already smooth when fresh, but especially so after about a year in the cellar.
