Not exactly what you're asking for since I can't be specific, but while I was in Scotland I was more than impressed with the great beers that hovered between 3.8 to 4.2%. They've got a burgeoning craft beer scene, and the amount of flavor they pack into low alcohol real ales blew me away.

Tree House Brewing Eureka 3.9 percent. Just and awesome session beer. These guys are brewing some incredible beer. The town the brew in is fighting them. It's too bad. Just great people and great beer. The next hill farmstead.

^^^^ Then SaCKERZ9, you're missing out on some good beers. It's not a demeaning act to drink a beer below 4% ;-)

Couldn't find one below 4.0 on my US beers consummed, though likely had many in the 70's & 80's when living in England. Never kept a note of them, was far more interested in jugging it up, as they say. Must make ammends the next time i'm across the pond.

I realize this doesn't help the OP one bit

pretty much all the Merdian Pint / Oliver Ale's collaborations, Oliver Dark Horse and Burial at Sea, and Mikkeller Drink In The Sun.

EDIT: oops, forgot Hottenroth! haven't had a chance to try more low ABV sours (well lower than 4%) that I haven't brewed on my own.

I just had this last night--what a great Berliner Weiss, and since it was only 3%, I didn't think twice about drinking the whole bomber on a Tuesday night.
