I've probably only had about five or six over 15%, and out of them, the only ones I would want to drink again were Chocolate Rain and Grey Monday.

Legend's Barleywine in maybe 2012 (?) was one hot bastard and tasted great. It was over 15%, closer to 18% if I recall. Any other Richmonder feel free to correct or confirm.

    Only the 2014 Uncle Jacobs is below 15%. 2012 is 17.4% I think and 2013 was 16.????

Over 15% for me would be Not Your Fathers Rootbeer it comes in at 20% but drinks just like regular root beer, very dangerous….. the new 5.9% is very good and i don't get to drunk.

I've liked all the beers I've tried that were over 15%. I guess Baudoinia and BA Worldwide are my favorites.

Can we include equal to 15%? (I assume not given the all caps). FFF Dark Lord would take the win for me.

I finally found another example of DFH 120 minute which would be my favorite in the most-definitely-over-15-percent category.

Mephistopheles, Mocha Wednesday, WWS... IMO 120 minute is not worth it. Even tried one last week that was less than 2 months old. I have tried young, years old, and in between, and I don't get it. Maybe my IPA edge is waning.

For me it's got to be Chocolate Rain. That beer is just too damn good. Another favorite though would be Bourbon County Baudoinia, clocks in right at 15% and has an awesome twist on BCBS and a cool story to go with it.

BCBS and WWS so far. 120 min was a crazy experience, but not exactly a favorite.
