Trillium galaxy dry hopped fort point ale - relatively easy For me to get. Had a 64oz growler with the neighbors over the 4th. Always fresh and delicious.

Tree house makes some amazing brews, Julius and Vagabond come to mind. However, it's location, one town over from Nowhere, Massachusetts ( next to nowhere) is an issue plus the inevitable long lines. I once waited in a tree house line for an IPA and by the time I walked out it had turned to a barrel aged stout.....

I'm not from Dallas but while visiting I bought a six-pack upon recommendation from a friend. Wow. It's very, very good and I totally agree about it being close to a double IPA. I think Yellow Rose has a slight edge but my mind may change by the time I finish my first haul. Hopefully they will distribute to San Antonio soon.

For me I'll go with Heavy Seas Loose Cannon as my ever day, but I look forward to fall and getting Greater Pumpkin!

Here in Indianapolis, the best brewery is most likely Black Acre. Their Rye IPA called Saucy Intruder is so damn delicious, I'm amazed I don't go there as often as I do. They make a ton of quality beers, but they don't can/bottle yet (hopefully sometime in the future, with them expanding production).

Jelen Pivo and Valjevsko Pivo (although Valjevsko is not really a local one for me, I drink it every time I have that chance).

Orpheus' Transmigration of Souls. It's flying off the shelves in Georgia, so if you get it, then chances are it's super fresh. The last sixer I bought was canned just 3 days before I bought it.

Closest brewery to me is Alewerks. Best options to grab fresh are Bitter Valentine and the new small batch DIPA. They're night and day different beers and both incredibly good fresh. They also both fall off very quickly.

Wow this thread is like 99% IPA's. There are other good beers too. Fresh pilsner is amazing.

Singlecut bottle make it fast to market - so I usually buy some when they pop up. Double-Stack and the sour Lagrrrr as must haves for me. Mo Shuggie is good too.
