Being from Minnesota I've come to love Schells. So many great renditions of German Beers. Emerald Rye, Bock, and Chimney Sweep are some of my favorites.

The smoothest, easy-to-drink brew of my life was a growler of HF Galaxy. Hands down.

My latest favorite is Port Brewing's Wipe Out IPA. Especially from a growler. It's not overly hopped but has just enough to go down pretty smooth with a little burst of hoppiness.

We just started getting it in Chicago. Does not have some of the depth of the Founders (my fav) IMHO, but it is still a great porter. Reminds me more of an Edmund Fitz.

Founders Dirty Bastard and Six Point 3 Beans are like beer silk.

*Disclaimer: Although, that's what I'm having tonight, it has NOTHING to do with my choices. Serioulsly...nothing...although, this Kalamazoo stout is pretty.....

This is off topic, but there needs to be an unlike button as well. I say the same thing when I'm on facebook for my monthly visit.

Lately, their Bastogne has been on tap all over town and really fitting that bill as well. I just read it will be released in March in bottles under a new name, Solenna, and super excited to be able buy some bottles of it.
