If these beers were made again, that is. Which they probably won't be.

I got the chance to have M when it was first released and thought it an unbelievably good beer. Had it a couple years ago, as it was on a friend's "beer bucket list" and it was, predictably, as shadow of its former self.

Depending on where you are in CA, we do get MOAS here. I even saw Whole Foods have it 20% off in SF.

Also, I wonder how many of these bucketlist beers will actually live up to people's expectations. I've had a number of them mentioned and my thought is: "They're good/pretty good but..."

If they're just rare and/or released in small quantities and/or have a very small distribution then they have a good chance.

If they were brewed once, then less so.

Still would love to try M and Dave, even if M didn't hold up in a way you enjoyed, and I imagine Isabelle, properly cellared, is even better now than when I tried it four years ago. IIRC Mr. Sprint is on record saying Dave won't be made again, and considering what it took to make M I doubt it will either, so I agree with that. Not much around I can think of already hasn't been crossed off the list.

Cant say these are on a bucket list but I would like to try these at some point if $ is available and the beer is reasonably priced.

    Fou Foune
Grande Negro Voodoo Papi the base beer

I would also love to have Rook & Leer on tap again. I had this at Monks in 2014 and it was one of the best beers I ever had, I had two pours over the night during this epic beer night.
    De Molen makes great beers.
