How is it on Z-Day? I'm thinking about making the relatively short trip to Louisville.

I highly recommend Armsby Abbey. We went last year and got there around noon, seated right away and had a blast. The staff did a great job. It was busy but really well run.

Can any NC folk inform me of whether or not there has ever been a location in this state that's been host of a Zwanze day? I'm pretty sure there wasn't one in NC last year either. Just wondering if I should ever expect to attend one here or if the chances are super slim.

It truly is world class. I'll never take it for granted.

I won a ticket in my lottery last year to go to Jester King, but at the last minute couldn't go. I really hope I get in again this year!

The Orlando event is chill and well ran. You just need to get a ticket, which seemed fairly easy experience for me.

Fool's Gold it is. I live just a few blocks away. I've never been to a Zwanse event but sounds cool.

Last year the Iowa event sold tickets in advance. They put 4 or 5 Cantillon beers on tap and some other awesome rare beers. I bought 3 Cantillon bottles to take home. The beers were ticketed with everyone getting one pour of each. Well ran.

I bought tickets (airplane that is) to Missouri for this year's event. Really hoping they'll do tickets as well. First come first served can be bad sometimes.

Planning on being at ChurchKey in DC. Anyone have any insight into how its run there? Planning on being there early, but is it a total shitshow trying to get in, or is it doable? Tickets in advance? Does CK typically get other Cantillon beers on tap?

Lord Hobo is where I will head. Anyone know if they will do ticketing or what the vibe was in the past? Hoping they have that rare new beer too, Boom Sauce

Spuyten Duyvil is ginormous (when you consider the backyard) compared to Monk's in Philly. I'd be surprised if Monk's isn't the smallest place on the list.

Last year Lord Hobo was packed and there was a long line to get in. If you want to do that, get there early. I heard people walked right into Armsby at close to 3pm last year.

Last year it was first come, first serve (so line). I have no idea what their plans are this year.
